How Does Integration Work?
After the electricity, water and natural gas distribution companies make the meter reading of the facility, the invoices are sent to the site management. Heat, hot water and cold water expense shares are prepared for each independent department in accordance with the legal regulations. The site administrators control the shares. The meter reading company automatically sends the shares to the Senyonet Site Management Application along with the invoice link. Debt accruals are made through Senyonet. Information is provided via SMS, mail and mobile notifications. Residents of the site can view the invoice in detail via the mobile application or the web and pay it. While preventing possible errors, a work and time advantage is also provided for accounting personnel.
Great Convenience For Buildings Heated By a Centralized System
In the heat expense sharing system, a natural gas bill is received from the natural gas supplier to the building’s central heating boiler. The natural gas invoice submitted to the management is distributed among independent departments by taking the values of the meters by authorized meter reading companies within the framework of the Decrees. As a result of the transaction, an expense sharing document is issued for each department and communicated to them by the administrations. The expense determined as a result of the calculation is paid to the administrations by the residents. The expenses collected from the residents by the administrations are paid to the institution that is the natural gas supplier. With the integration, administrations using the Senyonet Site Management Application automatically realize their expense accruals by confirming the invoice sharing results with a button. Independent department users using the application can view expense sharing documents by listing consumption expenses retrospectively and displaying them in graphs via Senyonet.
