The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of the website located at https://portal.senyonet.net ("Portal") and Senyonet mobile applications managed by Senyonet Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Senyonet" or "Company").
The Collective Building Management ("Management") accepts that the tenants and owners ("Member" or "User") that it will invite must personally approve the provisions of this Privacy Policy. In this direction, from each Member to be determined by the Management:
- Consent will be obtained,
- That without consent, the Member cannot use the Portal,
- It undertakes that approval will be obtained separately for each member.
Personal data is collected in 2 ways:
1- Data provided by the Management
2- Information updates and movements made by the Member through the Portal
Some auxiliary services provided by Senyonet and the Management may be provided by specialized and certified institutions with the knowledge/request and approval of the Management. In the provision of these services, a minimum level of personal data is shared with the relevant institutions. SMS sending and credit card collection with Virtual Pos can be given as examples of these services. Senyonet does not share any personal data with different parties other than for these purposes.
Senyonet strives to maintain appropriate physical, technical and managerial security according to workplaces and information systems, thus preventing the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration of personal information.
Senyonet may update and amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing it on the Portal. Updates and changes made by Senyonet in the Privacy Policy shall be effective from the date of publication on the Portal.
The User undertakes that the information subject to this Privacy Policy is complete, accurate and up-to-date, and in case of any changes in this information, the User undertakes to update them immediately at https://portal.senyonet.net or to apply to the Management. Senyonet will not have any responsibility in case the User does not provide updated information.
